The truth about the GDI Scam. I think the reason people get suspicious about GDI being a scam is because of the claims all over the Internet about how much money can be made with Global Domains International. But the fact is, most of those claims are true. I haven't read them all so I can't attest to them all but GDI is a business you can start for only $10 a month and be making a very nice monthly residual income in a very short period of time.

And there we have another problem. Only $10 a month? Seriously?

For someone who believes the old saying, "It takes money to make money", then GDI's $10 a month fee is an immediate red flag for a scam. I mean, how can anything that costs only $10 (an amount that even a homeless person can afford) make you rich? If it were true, then why isn't everyone signing up?

And why are people who gave GDI a try and failed calling it a scam?

The problem is, many people who sign up for the GDI income opportunity think all they have to do is show it to their family and friends, who will all sign up and then show it to their family and friends, who will all sign up and then show it to their family and friends, who will all sign up and... well... you get the picture. In a perfect world, that's all you would have to do to make a million bucks with GDI in just a few short months, but we don't live in a perfect world and most people are skeptics. Especially family and friends :o)

The last thing you want to do when you join a money making business like Global Domains International is tell your family and friends because the skeptics will try to talk you out of it, telling you it's a waste of your time. Although they have good intentions, it's that kind of negative advice that you will be better off without. If you have about 30 minutes, you should listen to what Earl Nightingale had to say about the subject of negative vs positive thought in The Strangest Secret.

Many people market GDI as a "get-rich-quick" opportunity with ads that try to convince people that they will be making a 6 figure income without doing any work at all, but everything you want to succeed at in life takes work.

The people who signed up and expected to get rich by doing nothing other than telling a few family and friends are the people who quit and called GDI a scam. They played GDI like you would play the lottery, leaving the outcome to chance. That is the fool's way of expecting success.

To make money with GDI you need to work it like a business, dedicating the time and energy that you would dedicate to any other business that you wanted to succeed in. You can't just sign up and leave it to chance. As stated in The Strangest Secret, "Your returns in life are in direct proportion to the efforts you put forth." And the residual income you will be creating will come in monthly for life whether you keep working or not.

How You Get Paid With GDI

If you are not sure how the residual income works with GDI, then watch this video. It's only 6 minutes long and explains in detail how you will be creating a residual income for life that will continue to grow even after you quit working it yourself.

How To Make A Steady Income With GDI

The most important thing to remember is that GDI is NOT a "get-rich-quick" scheme. It takes work just like any other business and the first thing one needs to realize is that the bonuses are not the most important part of GDI. Sure, it's the fastest way to get paid if you can recruit enough people on a weekly basis, but remember, the big money comes from building a huge downline, not working for the weekly bonus money. Click here to see how the bonuses work.

Many people have built websites promising you tons of sign-ups if you simply join their system such as the "Spiderweb Marketing System" which has played out and is no longer online, the "Daily Income Career Network", "Acme People Search" and many more which can help you to get a few sign-ups with GDI but not enough to make it worth your while. The only ones who made good money with those programs are the people who created them.

If you want to make a lot of money with GDI you need to focus on GDI as your only business and not a bunch of other income streams at the same time.

Tim Sebert was making over $10,000.00 per month in residual income within his first year with GDI and he attributes his success to focusing on GDI as his only business and not getting distracted by other money making opportunities.

How do you promote the GDI opportunity?

You simply show it to people on a steady basis and the easiest way to do that is via the internet. Many people will tell you to pay for traffic via PPC and other advertising methods but that can get expensive, and some will tell you to buy leads, but to get good quality leads you need to pay a quality price. So if you are like I was, and don't have the money to spend, there is a way to get free leads that are the best in the business. These leads are via safelists. Don't stop reading now...

If you are familiar with safelists, then you know they can be a waste of time. Most people go about them all wrong. There is a secret to getting fantastic responses from these sources. In fact, Tim Sebert claims that his success with GDI was solely from safelists.

If you are not familiar with them, then click the link below for a full explanation:

Safelist F.A.Q.

Here's the secret to having success with them.

Sign up for several accounts and BUY credits!

Most people who use safelists are viewing emails for credits and that can be very time consuming, and that is why so many people get discouraged after a few hours of work. But if you buy credits instead of viewing other peoples websites for them you will see results a lot faster with practically no work at all.

Remember, GDI pays you a $100 bonus for getting 5 people signed up in one week. Spending $100 on credits at four differents safelists ($25 at each) could easily get you 10 or more signups putting you in profit your very first week.

If safelists is something you would like to try, then I would suggest signing up for as many as you can, that way you don't have to buy credits from the same ones every week. I personally have 47 safelist accounts. To get you started, the following link has a list of 20 safelists:

If after you have started making money and you would like to sign up for more safelists, simply do a Google search and you will find hundreds.
